Terms of service

All sales are final for change of mind. A sealed order may be cancelled before shipment, and an Open live order may be cancelled before opening begins. Once shipped or opened live, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations. If an order is missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us so we can resolve it. If shipment is delayed, we will offer a revised date or a refund as required by law. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
